Dentistry Dashboard

Dentistry Dashboard: a dental draft you copy into the chart

This is dental software: record or dictate, review a draft, copy it into the record. It is not the general clinical scribe and not the pocket recorder.

Who it's for in the case

In March 2025, a commenter in the scribes case said Dentistry Dashboard AI notes probably save them about 30 minutes a day, mainly on exams, consultations, and patient letters. In December 2025, in the UK thread, a self-described co-creator offered an extended trial six minutes after a user said they had switched to it. The case says to treat praise for this tool with that caution. Other comments that read like pitches were left out of the case. The roundup was checked 20 October 2026.

Thirty minutes is one person's "probably." It is not a timed audit. The practice is not named.

What the product page says happens to the note

We opened dentistrydashboard.com on 23 October 2026. The notes workflow is: choose a template, record the consultation or dictate afterwards or type, review the structured draft, then copy it into the patient record. The page says nothing reaches the practice management system until you copy it. It also says the same consultation can draft a referral, a patient letter, a consent form, or a treatment plan, for you to review. That letter step is the vendor's description. The commenter's 30 minutes included patient letters. We cannot see their screen.

Price on that homepage: £40.99 a month per dentist after a 14-day trial. A card is required. Cancel during the trial to avoid the charge. The case recorded the same UK price on 20 October 2026 and said a US pricing page was linked and not checked. The homepage we opened on 23 October still shows pounds. We did not open a separate US price page, so there is still no US dollar price here.

The same homepage lists other tools on a wider subscription, including voice perio charting, websites, and practice admin. Those are not in the scribes case. This page does not review them. A sample note on the homepage is the vendor's demo. We do not copy it.

Limits

The copy gate is the vendor's sentence and the case's sentence. It means a missed paste is a missing note. It also means the chart does not change until a person moves the text. That is the opposite of a product that writes back during the visit.

The co-creator's trial offer sits next to the praise. Use the 30-minute line as one commenter, not as a benchmark. No commenter said what they pay.

We do not have a US price. Do not infer one from the UK figure.

Against the two nearby tools

Against Kiroku: both are dental notes you finish and then place in the practice software. Kiroku's US page, opened 23 October 2026, says click or voice, then copy. Its pricing FAQ puts letters and e-consent on the Pro plan. Dentistry Dashboard's homepage puts letters in the notes workflow and states the "nothing reaches the PMS until you copy" line. Kiroku's prices are in pounds and Australian dollars, with two tiers. Dashboard's published price is one UK monthly figure. The case reports are both single comments. Kiroku's comment is about the user's own template, consults, and pain histories. Dashboard's comment is about exams, consults, and letters, with the co-creator caveat. There is no head-to-head.

Against Plaud: Plaud starts with a recorder and, in the case, an upload before the paste. Dashboard's page does not sell that recorder. The Plaud user liked the summary and did not use the chain every day. Pick Dashboard if you want a dental template and a deliberate copy into the chart. Pick Plaud if the recording device is what you are buying. DigitalTCO is the after-the-patient dictation product, with a published US price and a cancellation in the same roundup.

Questions about Dentistry Dashboard

What did the commenter say Dentistry Dashboard saved?

About 30 minutes a day, probably, mainly on exams, consultations, and patient letters. That is a March 2025 comment in the scribes case. A self-described co-creator later offered an extended trial in a December 2025 thread, six minutes after a user praised switching to it. Read the 30 minutes with that caveat.

Does the note enter the practice management system on its own?

The homepage, opened 23 October 2026, says no. Nothing reaches the practice management system until you copy it. The workflow on that page is record or dictate or type, review the draft, then copy.

What is the published price?

£40.99 a month per dentist after a 14-day trial, on the homepage opened 23 October 2026. A card is required, and cancelling during the trial avoids the charge. No US dollar price was on that page. A US pricing page was not checked on 20 October 2026 and was not opened on 23 October either.

How is this different from Kiroku and from Plaud?

Kiroku is also a dental template you copy out of, with click or voice, and with letters described on the Pro plan. Plaud is a separate recorder plus the upload-and-paste steps a commenter said they skip some days. Dentistry Dashboard is the dental draft with an explicit copy gate and one UK price. The roundup does not rank them.

The scribes roundup is where the co-creator's trial offer sits next to the 30-minute comment. This page does not drop that caveat.
